JOHN A. ROGERS was born in New Jersey around 1869. He married around 1902, and a son, William A. Rogers was born shortly afterwards. When the census was taken in 1910, the family lived at 408 Elm Street in North Camden. John A. Rogers was then the proprietor of a general store. He later moved to 533 Bailey Street. John A. Rogers passed away at Cooper Hospital on December 28, 1927, survived by his wife and son. |

ROGERS WILLS ESTATE TO WIFE John A. Rogers, well known Camden political figure, who died in the Cooper Hospital December 26, bequeathed his entire estate to his wife, it was revealed when his will was admitted to probate at the county surrogate’s office. The
deceased left an estate valued at $4100. In addition to his wife, Mrs.
Lillie T. A. Rogers of 533 Bailey Street, who
was named executrix in
the will, he is survived by his son; William A. Rogers. |
