Animal Adoption Center's Dog '09 Walk
at Haddon Height's Park - October 4, 2009

Hello! I was at the Animal Adoption Center's Dog Walk '09 at Haddon Heights Park with my friends and humans when this fat guy with a camera, being led around by a deranged miniature fox terrier named Gigi and an ancient border collie named Dominic took my picture. Now look at me... with a face like this, I could probably sell you a used car, right? Well, I'm not going to do that. I am going to tell you to help out some of my friends who are in trouble and need a home. The Animal Adoption Center people have good intentions, but I'm telling you, pal, good intentions don't out ALPO in the bowl.  Please help my pals who are in trouble and need homes. If you can't take someone as good-looking, fun, and energetic as me home with you, please help out and support your local animal shelter.  I almost forgot to tell you... the fat guy took A LOT of pictures of me and my friends. if you scroll down you can see them all. A question that many people have asked... and many others should ask... is "What can I do to help my country in this time of war. The answer is in the link below. This program was started by the operator of the animal information site www.netpets.org, shortly after the 9/11 terror attacks, after learning of thousands of pets put to sleep during the first Gulf War because service men and women had nowhere to board them.

This was taken at the 2008 Dog Walk. I don't know who this person is, and didn't get a moment to chat with her. All I can say is that this picture sort of says it all about why we have our dogs, what they give to us and what we give to them. If you have never experienced this, get off of "I can't" and "I won't". Open your head, heart, and home.... adopt a dog... or two!!!
