JACOB H. SALTZMAN came home from the Army after World War I to find employ with the Philadelphia police department. He died on April 5, 1938 of service-related causes, leaving behind his wife Esther, daughter Dianna, and son Arnold. Esther Saltzman moved to Camden NJ when she remarried. Her husband, Samuel Goldstein, was in the leather business in New Jersey. |
