A. A. TO HOLD PRE-LENTEN
DANCE
St. Joseph's Group
Will Be Hosts Monday Night at Parish Hall
The
St. Joseph's Polish Athletic Association will hold its annual
pre-Lenten dance on Monday night at the St. Joseph's Parish
Hall, Tenth and Liberty
Streets.
Mary
Jane and Art Mason, the "favorite couple" at the
recent walkathon will give an exhibition dance. The association
is considered one of the outstanding in South Jersey sport
circles and its basketball team recently won the first half
championship of the Suburban League.
Officers
of the organization are: Henry Ciechanowski, president, one of
the organizers; Jules Paleczny, vice president; Frank Wielinski,
corresponding secretary; Joseph Borucki, financial secretary;
Felix Hanaka, secretary, and Rev. Jean Hudzik, moderator. The
dance committee comprises Joseph Scehowski, chairman; John
Hajduk, Jules Paleczny, Steve Sorvicki, Steve Janowiak, Frank
Jaskulski, Joseph Borucki, Stanley Babiarz and Edwin Hudzinski.
Walt
Leopold's Orchestra will play.
