Cholera appeared in Camden. This was said to be the first appearance here of the disease in epidemic form.. 

Street names changed by ordinance passed May 24, 1832, as follows: 

King Street changed to Front Street
Queen Street Changed to Second Street
White Hall Street changed to Third Street
Cherry Street changed to Fourth Street
Cedar Street changed to Fifth Street
Pine Street changed to Sixth Street

The original names of these streets appeared on the Joshua Cooper Map of the Town of Camden.
