Wife Gave Birth to Son
4 Months After Led He Her to Altar

A Camden man yesterday obtained a divorce from his 20-year-old bride whom he charged with making love to two men prior to strolling to the altar with him.

The husband, Blasse Marianna, 24, of 332 Walnut Street, charged his wife, Mary, of 522 Taylor Street, Riverside, with defrauding him into marrying her. Testifying before Advisory Master William J. Kraft, he explained he was surprised when Mrs. Marianna presented him with a baby son four months after their marriage.

The wedding took place January 17, 1932, at Riverside, he said, and proved a happy union until May 7, last year. On that date, he testified, he returned home from work and learned that his wife had been taken to Burlington County Hospital, Mt. Holly. He said he did not understand why she had been sent to the hospital until neighbors informed him.

Two days later, Marianna said, he went to the hospital and saw his wife had presented him an heir. The wife admitted being friendly with two men before her marriage, the husband testified.
