Pfeiffer Street

PFEIFFER STREET is in East Camden, and runs parallel to Marlton Avenue and the Admiral Wilson Boulevard, from Berwick Street, across Baird Boulevard to the city limits, and continues for a short distance into Pennsauken. It was named after Camden businessman George E. Pfeiffer Jr.

Only two homes are listed on Pfeiffer Street in the 1924 Camden City Directory. Many of the houses on Pfeiffer Street were already built by 1947. The street was built up by the 1960s.

Do you have an Pfeiffer Street memory or picture. Let me know by e-mail so it can be included here.
