Sitting just over the border, Chubby's was a fixture on the South Jersey restaurant and entertainment scene for 62 years. Founded in 1933 by amateur boxing champion Joseph "Chubby" Stafford, this restaurant was famous for its food, 1-1/2 shot mixed drinks, and live entertainment.
