STINGER,
ALBERT ATGER
Age 80, on July 7,
2005, at Shore Memorial Hospital, Somers Point, NJ. A native of Camden,
NJ, he lived in Villas, NJ for the past 25 years.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in Okinawa. He was in the
National Guard in Pa. after leaving the army in 1943.
Albert was a retired Battalion Chief, Fire Department, City of Camden.
Albert was the beloved husband of Olive (nee Galo) Stinger. He is
survived by daughter, Lisa Helgenberg of Vermont, daughter, Andrea
Stinger, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by four grandsons: Albert
Helgenberg of Idaho, Sebastian Rizzon, Massachusetts, Jason Stinger of
NJ, Zack Bellucci, Pennsylvania, and sister, Lauraine Stratton, Oaklyn,
NJ.
Albert was an avid hunter and fisherman. He belonged to the now defunct
Cherry Hill Sportsman Club, past member of Square Circle Sportsman Club,
and past member of the Pennsauken Fishing Club.
Albert will be laid to rest in the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery.
There will not be any funeral service or viewing. Interment will be
private at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements under the
