Price

HORACE C. PRICE, best known to friends and co-workers as "Pricey", worked the Housing Authority of the City of Camden at Westfield Acres for many years, where I got to know him as a co-worker. "Pricey" was a good man, and liked by everyone who worked with him. He retired sometime after the Acres were torn down and passed away on December 28, 2007.
